At 51 years of age, I am married my best friend (Rachael) who is both the mother to our 2 beautiful children (Asia & Connor) - and also my partner in business. We also have 2 lovely dogs: Fluffy and Rex, and a magnificent horse whose name is Arrow (Asia's show horse).

We spend a lot of time at our interior home & we prefer to work at home with our children around us - and on a sunny summer day, we just walk down to the dock and do a little tubing with our kids...

My younger brother John remains in radio and was recently licensed to open a new FM radio station in Edmonton. I am very proud of my brother; he is very special to me.

I am a past president & campaign chairperson for the United Way in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. United Way is an organization I believe in.

I am a former director of tourism for my province's 'High Country Region'

Relationships are precious to me. I am blessed to know many special 'giving' people who add so much to the fabric & quality of my life. My father passed away many years ago (he was a giant of a man with a tremendous character and heart), and I am very close to my mother who is approaching 80 years of age. Even though we live several hundred miles from each other - we speak on a daily basis, and I cherish those conversations!

The many people and families in our business also make life a true joy! They are our extended family.

My heroes don't go partying or live fast lives... instead, the people I am attracted to have a deep, rich character and the heart of a servant.
